Spaghetti with Shrimps and Veggies
I am a big fan of pasta (unfortunately) and I like to cook with them regularly. Delicious dishes can be made very easily and usually very fast. With pasta it is easy to create new ideas and to be experimental. Here is a bit healthier way to cook with pasta – yes healthier, because there is no cream or cheese needed 🙂
What do you need?
Spring Onion, Chilli, Porcini Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes
Shrimps, Garlic, Parsley, White Wine
Step 1: Place a pan over a medium heat and add some olive oil. Cut the spring onions, chilli and garlic and add them to the pan. Cook it for few minutes and take them out of the pan.
Step 2: Use the same pan and add to it shrimps as well as a bit of garlic and chili and fry them until the shrimps don´t get a good colour. Tip: Dab the shrimps softly, so they let off during the frying process less liquid and it does not splash.
Step 3: At the same time use a second pan ,put some olive oil into it and fry the champions. Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water – they shall be al dente.
Step 4: Combine spring onions, chillies and garlic (step 1) in a pan with chopped cherry tomato.
Then, when the tomatoes start to become slightly soft, deglaze with 1/8 wine. Add Spaghetti (step 3) to it and cook until the water evaporates.
Step 5: Arrange the food nicely, for example as in the first picture above with parsley and lemon, and serve. Bon appétit!
