When I was a little girl, I used to bake the easiest cake in the world with my mom. Those of you who have read this or this post may know that I have lost my mom when I was only a teenager. With the years passing by the memories are fading away, what is really heartbreaking for me. That´s why I am glad that I can remember this recipe and I hope that I will keep up this tradition with my future kids one day.
What do you need?
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
30g Ising Sugar
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 220 C.
Step 2: Put the following ingredients together and beat until creamy: butter, milk, flour, eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder
Step 3: Add the cherries or any other fruits you want to like apricots, plums etc. Don´t forget to wash and to pit them before.
Step 4: Bake for 30 minutes by using a square baking tin or tray.
Step 5: Dust with ising sugar for finish. Bon appétit!
